AWI Sanctuary Space presents: Creating Space for Sleep

An ongoing Continued Connections program that creates virtual spaces for everyone to connect at the intersection of art and mental health.

In this AWI Sanctuary Space event: “Creating Space for Sleep”, we were joined by artists and mental health advocates Beth Killian, our AWI Lead Educator, and Cat Tanchanco, our AWI Community Manager for an open discussion and exploration about sleep, rest, and mental wellness in a hustle and burnout culture.
