We are a mother-daughter team who founded Wellness Within in 2017, with the purpose of extending our reach in the community to provide meaningful opportunities for connection, growth, and support through mental health and holistic treatment approaches. Our team of authentic and compassionate therapists help individuals, couples, and families from age 4 to older adult who are affected by trauma, grief, post-partum depression, relationship difficulties and addiction, as well as those in the LGBTQ community and older adults with aging related struggles. We are located in East Longmeadow and are currently offering teletherapy throughout the state of Massachusetts.
