​We approach treatment, coaching, and intervention from a health psychology perspective that emphasizes a holistic understanding of your health. We focus on emotional, physical, and social contributors to your overall health and utilize various types of evidence based treatments to target problematic areas, promote health, prevent illness, and/or manage a chronic illness. We encourage the adoption of tailored coping strategies, engagement in health behaviors that promote optimal health, increasing self-care, the practice of mindfulness, meditation, and other wellness activities for optimal outcomes.
