New Beginning Counseling Center
New Beginnings Counseling Center is a nonprofit mental health organization based in Santa Barbara that provides psychological counseling and assessment to people of all ages. They offer a sliding scale and turn nobody away due to an inability to pay. Their average fee is $13 per session! The Counseling Center is led by Clinical Director, Dr. Crystal Ramirez, who leads a team of more than 30 counselors and 10 clinical supervisors.
