Mandy Schaller

Throughout my studies at James Madison University & Virginia Commonwealth University and almost 20 years in clinical social work— my passion for brain health continues to expand.  Family systems theory has been the foundation to looking at human behavior, addictions, dis-ease and now epigenetics & rewiring our DNA, even changing the brain!

I LOVE partnering with & educating clients in looking at behaviors of the past & present, ideals for the future to create manageable, positive & lasting results.
I look forward to mental health care losing its stigma and the brain gaining recognition as another organ we have to care for & openly address if experiencing dis-ease.  Open discussion and maintaining human connection is so important in healing the body both physically & mentally.  I have been practicing tele counseling in recent years as a way to make therapy more accessible & convenient while still seeing clients face to face in the Chestnut Hill area of Philadelphia.  I feel very fortunate to be part of bringing mental health care out of the dark ages and getting to see others feeling lighter.
