Laurie McFarlane

Laurie McFarlane is an organizer, relationship builder and fundraiser with a passion for arts programming and social services. She is responsible for helping AWI with communication, outreach and fundraising efforts to support inspiring programming for AWI’s community of students, artists, campus staff and mental health professionals. Laurie has always been inspired by the work of non-profits and mental health organizations particularly in the areas of domestic violence and end of life care.

She currently works as an indirect care volunteer for national health provider, Seasons Hospice, offering support to families and patients in hospice where she regularly witnesses the power of arts therapies to heal through difficult transitions. Laurie has worked with a variety of notable nonprofits, start ups and corporations through her consultancy including Berklee College of Music, Simmons College, The Rescue Mission, Verizon, Deloitte. and Broadway Across America and has helped raise over 200 million for socially transformative organizations.
