Jeff Kosciejew

Jeff has a background in photography and multi-media production, graduating with honours from Seneca College’s Audio Visual & Multi-Media Techniques program many, many years ago. His career has taken him into all sorts of directions, but he’s never lost his passion for photography and video. For the last 10+ years, he’s had the opportunity to develop and contribute to a variety of organizations by helping highlight ineffective processes and policies, striving to create an environment where great work is inevitable and sustainable. His general approach to work, and life in general, is to turn everything into a game. He has, and continues to develop skills within management, business analysis, project management, agile, lean, lean startup, human centred design, design thinking, and a bunch of other domains, too. Jeff really is a consummate generalist, knowing a little about most topics, but not enough to be dangerous. Jeff finds it amusing to write about himself in the third person.
