Dr. Tracy S. Kelly, LMFT, NCC, Psychotherapist, TelePsychDoc Dr. Tracy Kelly is psychotherapist licensed in both Nevada and Arizona and is also an adjunct professor with Grand Canyon University. As a TelePsychDoc, Dr. Kelly provides therapy from a distance to individuals located in the states of Nevada and Arizona, and she also sees people in person at her Reno office location. Whether struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges, Dr. Kelly helps identify ways to heal, recover, and live a more satisfying life. She is also a specialist on parental grief and developed the PARENT Model of Grief specific to the grief experienced after losing a child to death.
