Jo Henry, MA, LMFT, CADC-2, SYMBIS from Anchored in Hope I have been in practice for 10 years, I graduated from Alliant International University with my master's in marriage and family therapy and I received my bachelor's from BIOLA University in psychology. I am certified to work with people in trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, dual diagnosis (addiction and mental illness), and with those in grief and loss.
The Center for Stress and Anxiety Management (CSAM) CSAM is an outpatient practice specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) for anxiety disorders, stress, and related problems including OCD and PTSD. Our practice consists of seven therapists, and we treat clients ages 5 and up.
Penelope Andrade, LCSW and author of Emotional Medicine Rx
Penelope Y Andrade LCSW is author of Emotional Medicine Rx: Cry When You're Sad, Stop When You're Done, Feel Good Fast. Penelope is a certified AEDP Therapist and Supervisor in training. Her psychotherapy work focuses on embodied experience, emotional healing, present moment experience,  attachment wound healing, and mindfulness.
