Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission The MHSOAC provides vision and leadership, in collaboration with clients, their family members, and underserved communities, to ensure Californians understand mental health is essential to overall health. MHSOAC holds public mental health systems accountable, provides oversight for eliminating disparities; promotes wellness, recovery and resiliency; and ensures positive outcomes for individuals living with serious mental illness and their families.
Karen Sprinkel Karen Sprinkel has been practicing psychotherapy for over 25 years. Her speciality is trauma and EMDR. A significant part of Karen's life was her time living in Thailand. Karen's time in Asia formed a critical part of who she is and how she views the world and healing today.
Deidre Abrons Deidre Abrons is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in Old Oakland. She is trained in EMDR, CBT, and Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and specializes in substance abuse and PTSD. She believes that when people are given a safe space to explore trauma, they can learn to challenge unhelpful long held beliefs and become free to experience change.
Lucia Grauman Lucia Grauman, LCSW has been providing individual, relationship and group psychotherapy for over 20 years. She is pleased to be sponsoring, and celebrates, an organization whose mission is it to enable young people to communicate freely and fearlessly about their mental health.

Dr. Harmony Satre Dr. Harmony Satre is a Clinical Psychologist, neuropsychologist and Qualified Medical Evaluator. Licensed in both California and Washington State, Dr. Satre has over 10 years of clinical practice specializing in child, adolescent and adult neuropsychological assessment, with particular focus on assessment of learning disability, traumatic brain injury and mood disorders.
