I specialize in helping college students who have anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, eating disorders, relationship issues, and narcissistic family members/relationships. I help students achieve greater balance, inner peace and happiness holistically through neuro-nutrient therapy (vitamins, herbs, amino acids as alternatives to medication), energy healing, guided meditation, dance/yoga therapy, hypnotherapy and spiritual counseling.
