Emerson Douglas, LISW, owner of Authentic Pride Therapy Emerson Douglas (he/him), owner of Authentic Pride Therapy, LLC in Beachwood, OH, is a clinical social worker and psychotherapist whose mission is to help LGBTQ+ individuals find pride in the radical act of embracing their authentic selves. Dean Malec, Ph.D. of CEBT Ohio Dean Malec, Ph.D. is a post-doctoral fellow with CEBTOhio. He completed his doctorate in counseling psychology from Cleveland State University in August 2020. At the Master’s level, Dr. Malec had several years of intensive training in Dialectical Behavior and Cognitive Behavioral therapies while treating multi-diagnostic clients in settings ranging from residential programs to outpatient clinics. Dr. Malec treats children, adolescents and adults with a variety of presenting problems, including eating disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, and clients with difficulties with emotion regulation.

Me’Chele Frierson, LISW-S Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist I am a proud native of Cleveland, Ohio where I obtained my Bachelors of Social Work from Cleveland State University and earned a Masters of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve’s MSASS program. My clinical experience includes work with anxiety, depression, complex trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, infidelity and divorce, child sexual abuse and assault, work related stress, and life transitions.
Joyous D. William, LPC, ATR-BC she/her Joy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Board Certified Art Therapist as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She is especially skilled at using neurodevelopmental brain-based approaches to recovery, plus Art Therapy, and somatic mind-body experiential therapies to safely resolve symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain or health concerns. She guides clients with humor, a little dose of reality plus a whole lot of creativity. She is passionate about personal development and helping others realize the ability they already have within themselves to make it through difficult times, survive and then to thrive!
