Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission The MHSOAC provides vision and leadership, in collaboration with clients, their family members, and underserved communities, to ensure Californians understand mental health is essential to overall health. MHSOAC holds public mental health systems accountable, provides oversight for eliminating disparities; promotes wellness, recovery and resiliency; and ensures positive outcomes for individuals living with serious mental illness and their families.
Zoi Dorit Eliou Dr. Eliou is a psychologist working with patients with severe psychiatric disorders and has a background as an expressive arts therapist. She is a firm believer in the power of art to transform lives and offer hope.
Dr. Sabina Correa, Psychologist and Owner of Napa Psychological Services Dr. Correa is a forensically trained psychologist who owns a small group practice in the Napa Valley. She enjoys working with transgender or genderqueer patients and her staff members work with poly and kink communities. As a psychologist, she is in a unique position to facilitate sex-reassignment-surgery letters/evaluations and assist in connecting with transition services.
Cindy Shu, LMFT Hello, my name is Cindy Shu. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist based in San Francisco. I am a first generation Chinese American. I provide therapy to primarily Asian American and other BIPOC adults in their 20’s and 30’s who may struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I offer support to those who may experience generational and cultural differences within their family systems. Location: San Francisco, CA. I offer online therapy to California Residents. Specialty: I support individuals with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide a safe space for individuals to explore therapy and cultivate tools to help manage emotional health, develop healthy relationships and strengthen one's identity.
