AWI Sanctuary Space presents: Setting Boundaries for Beginners

An ongoing Continued Connections program that creates virtual spaces for students to connect at the intersection of art and mental health.

For this Sanctuary Space, join us to learn how to begin setting boundaries in your work, social, and personal life, in order to support and protect your mental health. We will be joined by Amelia Fortes, C.Ht., Self-Love Coach, Healer, and mental health advocate and led through guided writing prompts* and therapeutic imagery to explore and understand our perceptions of what boundaries mean to us, and ways we can reframe them to better serve our wellness.
