AWI Sanctuary Space presents: People Pleasing and Mental Health

An ongoing Continued Connections program that creates virtual spaces for people to connect at the intersection of art and mental health.

“People Pleasing and Mental Health” is a virtual Sanctuary Space that was hosted by Art With Impact on August 31, 2022. We were joined by mental health advocate M.E.C. to people explore the root of people pleasing and guilt and how to begin setting boundaries and co-create a more mentally-resourced community for healing.
